Our sales representatives are often the first point of contact for customers considering an exterior renovation project. We’re looking for confident, personable professionals who can listen to customers’ needs, explain their options, and help them choose solutions that are right for their property and budget.
Responsibilities may include:
- Meeting with prospective customers
- Learning about customers’ project goals and needs
- Explaining available products and services
- Preparing and presenting project estimates
- Following up with leads and prospective customers
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Coordinating with project managers and other team members
- Representing R Gleave Construction professionally in the community
We’re looking for candidates who are:

Project Managers
Lead Projects From Start to Finish
Our project managers help keep every job organized, efficient, and focused on delivering quality results. This position is ideal for someone who understands construction, communicates effectively, and enjoys coordinating people, materials, schedules, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing projects from scheduling through completion
- Coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, and deliveries
- Monitoring project schedules and job-site progress
- Communicating with customers throughout their projects
- Helping ensure work meets company quality standards
- Identifying and resolving job-site challenges
- Maintaining organized project documentation
- Working closely with sales representatives and field crews
- Helping ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently

Laborers

Our laborers are an essential part of the R Gleave Construction team. We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to contribute to high-quality construction and exterior renovation projects.
Depending on experience and project needs, team members may work on roofing, siding, soffit and fascia, gutters, windows, decks, painting, masonry, and other exterior improvements.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting skilled tradespeople and crew leaders
- Preparing and maintaining job sites
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Using hand and power tools as directed
- Assisting with installation and construction work
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Following job-site safety procedures
- Helping crews complete projects efficiently and professionally
